Efrat Feniger has accumulated 18 years of US-based experience with major companies and leading firms. She is dedicated to a culture of quality service to organizations, ensuring improvement in performance and customer satisfaction. She specializes in the utility, telecom, food and beverage, financial and pharmaceutical/healthcare among other sectors.

She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles, for which she was awarded the Outstanding Dissertation Award.

She also attained an M.A in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University, Chicago (with honors) and a B.A. in Sociology and Educational Counseling from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem (cum laude).

Her prior work experience includes:

  • Customer Experience Director at Ipsos Israel.
  • Consultant to the Marketing Department at the Israel Electric Company.
  • Market Research Project Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) in Los Angeles.
